Role Description Procore is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Director of Marketing in our Datagrid Division to build and lead all marketing efforts at Datagrid. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates high-quality leads (MQLs), and spearheads our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion. The ideal candidate is a modern B2B SaaS marketer who is both a strategist and a builder. You have a deep understanding of demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and marketing analytics. You are passionate about creating a new category and can translate a powerful technical product into compelling stories that resonate with business leaders and end-users alike. This position reports to our Strategic Operations Lead and the preferred location is Austin, Texas, but we are open to remote US applicants. We’re looking for candidates to join us immediately. What you'll do: - Develop and Own the Marketing Strategy: Define and execute Datagrid’s go-to-market strategy, creating a scalable marketing engine that drives predictable pipeline and revenue growth. - Lead a Product-Led Growth (PLG) Motion: Architect and implement a PLG strategy that encourages user adoption, conversion, and expansion. You will own the user journey from sign-up to paid customer, optimizing every touchpoint. - Drive Demand Generation: Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (including digital, content, SEO/SEM, email, and events) to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and sales pipeline. - Build the Datagrid Brand: Position Datagrid as the leader in the AI Agent category. Craft a clear, compelling brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Oversee Content and Product Marketing: Lead the creation of high-value content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars) that educates the market and showcases customer success. Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new features. - Establish Marketing Operations & Analytics: Implement the systems and processes needed to track marketing performance rigorously. You will own the marketing funnel, from MQLs to revenue, providing clear reporting and data-driven insights to the executive team. - Partner with Sales and Product: Foster a tight alignment with the Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads and a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with the Product team to inform the roadmap with market insights and customer feedback. - Manage Budgets and Forecasts: Take ownership of the marketing budget, GTM planning, and pipeline forecasting, ensuring all efforts are aligned with company revenue targets. Qualifications - 10+ years of B2B SaaS/tech marketing experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions in a high-growth environment. - Expert in Product-Led Growth (PLG): Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful PLG strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and monetization. - Data-Driven and Metric-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving marketing pipeline goals and exceeding revenue objectives. You live in the data and use it to make decisions and prove ROI. - Full-Funnel Marketing Expertise: Deep experience across demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and brand strategy. You know how to build a cohesive strategy that works together. - Strong Leadership and Influence: Excellent people management skills with the ability to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. You can influence and build strong working relationships across departments. - Hands-On and Strategic: You are comfortable setting the high-level strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and write copy when needed. - Tech-Savvy and Future-Focused: A genuine passion for AI and automation. You are excited by the challenge of marketing a technical product and creating a new category. - Proficiency with Modern Marketing Stacks: In-depth working knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms. Additional Information - Base Pay Range: This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
