Role Description We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and development for our Agentic AI platform. You will help advance our AI Operational Assistant Studio which allows rapid development of agentic AI solutions. You will be the product management partner for our agentic AI engineering team. The scope of this role is expansive, as we build toward our “Platform as a Service” vision. - Set strategy, determine roadmap, and manage prioritization for our platform capabilities, working closely with our agentic AI engineering team. - Work cross-functionally across the company to facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle for development of platform capabilities. - Enhance and expand our AI voice & conversational AI capability suite. - Build toward a direct Platform-as-a-Service offering for our customers to be able to extend our solutions over time. Qualifications - Mastery of navigating enterprise SaaS platform capabilities through the full product lifecycle, with a track record of rapidly shipping impactful products is required. - Required minimum of at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful enterprise SaaS products. - Technical background in hands-on engineering, data, or analytics required. - Experience working with large language models and agentic AI. - Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (engineering, professional services, clinical operations, etc.). - Ability and desire to span altitudes from vision/evangelism to “getting into the weeds” with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help. • Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Workforce Edge’s data and AI platform. • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, governed data ingestion pipelines. • Partner with Data Engineering and AI teams to implement a semantic data layer. • Own the technical product strategy for the AI pipeline. • Lead initiatives to embed machine learning and AI models into core Workforce Edge applications. • Guide the organization’s AI product vision and roadmap. • Mentor and coach other Product Managers, elevating product strategy and technical fluency. • Represent Workforce Edge as an industry thought leader in AI for workforce development.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and a value‑driven backlog for SAP platforms (S/4HANA, BTP, BW, BODS, etc.). • Lead cross-functional delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system improvements. • Ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with architectural and security standards. • Serve as the primary business-facing owner, translating business processes into clear product requirements. • Facilitate discovery workshops, user interviews, and design sessions to validate features and user stories. • Define KPIs and success metrics; champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. • Manage vendor relationships (SAP, integrators, partners) to optimize cost and performance.

• Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rapid7’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service portfolio for products and services. • Collaborate with engineering, detection science, and SOC operations to deliver scalable, high-quality threat detection and response capabilities. • Prioritize customer needs by translating feedback, market trends, and operational insights into actionable product improvements. • Define and track key performance metrics that measure service effectiveness, customer impact, and operational efficiency. • Align cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives that enhance the MDR customer experience and support business growth
