Senior Product Manager, Workforce Edge
Strategic Education, Inc. - SEI
• Define and lead the multi-year product strategy for Workforce Edge’s data and AI platform. • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, governed data ingestion pipelines. • Partner with Data Engineering and AI teams to implement a semantic data layer. • Own the technical product strategy for the AI pipeline. • Lead initiatives to embed machine learning and AI models into core Workforce Edge applications. • Guide the organization’s AI product vision and roadmap. • Mentor and coach other Product Managers, elevating product strategy and technical fluency. • Represent Workforce Edge as an industry thought leader in AI for workforce development.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, data platform, or AI-driven product environments.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data and AI initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Experience with cloud data ecosystems (GCP, AWS, or Azure), modern data and AI tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Generative AI Solution Development (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, schema management, data lineage, metadata governance, and model lifecycle management.

• Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Rapid7’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service portfolio for products and services. • Collaborate with engineering, detection science, and SOC operations to deliver scalable, high-quality threat detection and response capabilities. • Prioritize customer needs by translating feedback, market trends, and operational insights into actionable product improvements. • Define and track key performance metrics that measure service effectiveness, customer impact, and operational efficiency. • Align cross-functional teams around strategic initiatives that enhance the MDR customer experience and support business growth
