SAP Digital Product Manager

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and a value‑driven backlog for SAP platforms (S/4HANA, BTP, BW, BODS, etc.). • Lead cross-functional delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system improvements. • Ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with architectural and security standards. • Serve as the primary business-facing owner, translating business processes into clear product requirements. • Facilitate discovery workshops, user interviews, and design sessions to validate features and user stories. • Define KPIs and success metrics; champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. • Manage vendor relationships (SAP, integrators, partners) to optimize cost and performance.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in digital product management, enterprise applications, or SAP functional leadership.
- Experience with major SAP modules (S/4HANA Finance, BTP, BW, BODS, Ariba, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of enterprise process design and end-to-end workflows.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
