The Program Analyst is a critical member of the Provider Networks’ team, responsible for implementing and optimizing CMS payment programs such as PC Flex and Practice Payment Excellence which will consolidate and automate Aledade’s payment processes across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional who can manage data-driven projects, design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), coordinate technical workgroups, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and alignment. The Program Analyst must be skilled in data analysis, project management, and technology-enabled solutions, with the ability to translate complex payment models into streamlined operational processes. Success in this position means assisting in delivering reliable, scalable, and automated payment program operations that support Aledade’s value-based care mission. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Provider Networks Operations. This program analyst will ensure seamless internal operations and will drive efficiency across initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional who excels in managing complex workflows, supporting executive leaders, and fostering collaboration across teams. This is a mid-level analyst role that will have some administrative responsibilities. Therefore, this program analyst must be detail-oriented, skilled in both verbal and written communication, and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools. The role also requires the ability to learn and leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Miro, and Monday.com. Success in this position means delivering exceptional program management and support for Provider Networks Operations’ leaders, staff, and Aledade participating providers. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Provider Networks Operations. Primary Duties: - Program, Project, Administrative, and Technical Leadership - Provide project management and operational/administrative support to the Senior Directors and Vice President in Provider Networks Operations who are leading the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of CMS and practice-based payment programs, including PC Flex. - Manage cross-functional projects to consolidate and automate payment workflows across Provider Networks. - Assist with data analysis and reporting to evaluate program performance, identify risks or gaps, and recommend improvements. - Develop, document, and maintain memos, newsletters, and SOPs to continue the implementation of the PC Flex program and standardize payment program processes. - Serve as the administrator and facilitator for technical workgroups, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of tasks. - Track and monitor program deliverables, action items, and deadlines, ensuring accountability and alignment across teams. - Draft and distribute professional communications, including reports, program updates, presentations, and process documentation. - Provide high-level administrative and operational support for the Provider Networks team, including preparation and execution of calls, meetings, and strategic projects. - Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and cross-department teams to drive clear communication, alignment, and collaboration. - Strategic Support - Provide project management support, including maintaining project plans, preparing progress reports, and facilitating workgroup and leadership meetings. - Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries to communicate program status and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. - Develop executive-level presentations and reports that support strategy and decision-making. - Identify and document opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancies, and increase automation in payment operations. - Ensure consistent communication and alignment across headquarters, field staff, and providers on payment program updates, requirements, and outcomes. - Support ad hoc analyses and special projects related to payment models, program evaluation, and process improvement. - Coordinate and track progress of organizational initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. - Facilitate effective information flow between headquarters and field staff to ensure clarity of priorities, program updates, and outcomes. - Provide flexible support for ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or LEAN certification is a plus. Role Description The Director of Data Center Program Controls will lead the strategic development and execution of Montera’s program controls function supporting a national portfolio of hyperscale data center developments across Tier 1 markets in the United States and select markets in Canada. The program includes one to three facilities per campus, ranging from 50 MW to 300+ MW IT per site. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an integrated program controls framework that provides predictable outcomes across cost, schedule, risk, and commercial performance. The Director will establish standardized processes, systems, and performance metrics that enable informed decision-making and proactive management across the full project lifecycle—from early preconstruction and investment underwriting through project closeout. This role requires a strategic mindset paired with hands-on leadership to support a total planned program of 1.5–2.5 GW IT capacity across multiple hyperscale campuses, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the development and delivery organization.
