Over an 18-month engagement, this individual will lead the drafting, alignment, standardization, and maintenance of fourteen foundational ITAM/HAM enterprise policies that govern how the VA tracks, secures, finances, and disposes of all IT hardware assets across VHA, VBA, NCA, and Staff Offices. This role sits at the intersection of technical expertise and accessible communication.
