National Account Manager

NeuAnalytics

• Develop, maintain and grow existing client relationships by becoming a trusted partner to our clients. • Travel to client locations to conduct executive business reviews and other key presentations. • Travel to represent NeuAnalytics at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility and engagement. • Drive net growth with existing NeuAnalytics clients and develop a deep understanding of these clients and their business priorities. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across multiple levels within each client organization. • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and deeper client success using our platform. • Partner with internal teams — including Client Success, Product, Executives to ensure clients realize ongoing value from our platform. • High visibility role, frequently interacting and presenting to executive leadership keeping them apprised of client engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience successfully managing a book of business (preferably valued in excess of $10M).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years working with SaaS-based technology account management or sales experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Proven success growing existing accounts through consultative engagement and upselling.
  • Comfort with regular travel (up to 50%) to client sites and industry conferences.
  • Outgoing and engaging approach with executive presence.
  • Excellent presentation ability, seasoned influencing, and closing skills.
  • Experience successfully navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
