Role Description Customer facing responsible for winning business in the Data Centre Market, ability to achieve timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. The primary responsibility will be Sales in the Data Center vertical, focusing on Data Center projects and selling solutions related to: - Power & Distribution Transformers - High Voltage Circuit Breakers - Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers - Power Quality and Power Sensing devices Leadership role responsible for Data Centre segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple states. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the Data Centre industry. - Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services. - Collaborate with region sales managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges. - Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). - Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies. - Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities. - Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Data Centre strategic customer accounts. - Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing. - Perform periodic account reviews with management. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of direct sales, Channels sales, account or team leadership experience. - 10 Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience. - Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time as required. Requirements - 5 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers. - Preferred location in Arizona, Texas, Virginia. Job Requirements
