Role Description Our Ethos Sales Team is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to support and grow our client partnerships across the New York territory. This remote position includes occasional travel and is ideal for candidates based in New York and surrounding states. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Pursuing, engaging, and securing new clients. - Managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. - Leveraging a consultative approach to showcase our premium investigative services. - Contributing directly to the company's growth by consistently acquiring new business and growing existing accounts. This dynamic position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance or investigative industry. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Previous B2B experience (required). - Additional experience working with claims adjustors (preferred). - Knowledge of insurance claims processes such as workers' comp/disability/auto/liability (preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Requirements - Meet and exceed outreach goals by conducting 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in person), including up to 25% local travel and occasional overnight travel (2-3 trips per quarter). - Pursue new clients and deepen relationships with existing accounts by leveraging a consultative sales approach. - Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. - Keep Salesforce updated with all sales activities, meetings, and progress toward goals. - Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Ethos and grow brand visibility. - Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful sales handoffs. Benefits - Salary & Uncapped Earning Potential: Our top 25% of Regional Account Managers earn $100k+.
