Implementation Manager

EverCommerce

• Train customers to make a transition from old to new ways of thinking. • Consult with customers to understand their business and recommend best practices in the use of the software. • Handle customer support calls during the Engagement process • Train customers and their staff in the use of the software both online and in person. • Manage a data migration with high attention to detail. • Nurture customer relationships to build trust. • Participate in the ongoing creation and updating of best practices for role and department. • Operate across department boundaries. • Consistently increase your knowledge of the software and the industry • Collaborate with other departments when necessary to help the customer be successful. • Potentially some travel • A willingness to work over 40 hours when necessary. • Help Customers become an expert on the product which includes using all features to the fullest.

Job Requirements
