Operations Implementation Manager
ShipBob, Inc.
• Influence: work cross-functionally with our Merchant Implementation, Quality, SFN Operations, SIC Operations, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales teams to implement new Mid-Market clients operationally. • Strategize: work with Quality, SFN, and SIC partners to best place merchants and execute on the needs of their unique SKU profile, pack expectations, and custom packaging. • Merchant Experience: you will act as our escalation point for all fulfillment issues during the first 30 days in the onboarding process for new merchants. You will be critical in solving the most complex merchant problems both from an internal and external perspective. • Onboarding: oversee the onboarding and implementation operations for all our MM merchants from the perspective of Supply Chain and Operations. • Analyze: understand volume needs and coordinate with forecasting teams, communicate expectations around productivity impacts and make necessary adjustments. • Operational Solutioning: work to find scalable creative solutions to merchant's custom requirements that align with our current processes. • Comply to all food safety and compliance policies and regulations. • Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations and/or Operational Program Management.
- Experience interfacing with Merchants/Suppliers/External 3rd Parties.
- High EQ and natural interpersonal skills. A connector and expert communicator who will ‘close the distance’ between Operations, our merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Established track record of running initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
- Solid program management skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.

This role manages end‑to‑end implementation activities, provides direct leadership to support staff, ensures technical accuracy, and drives continuous improvement throughout the deployment lifecycle. Working closely with the Director of Robotics Implementation, this position collaborates with field operations, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure robots are configured, deployed, and maintained to the highest standards. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead remote and in-person training for field teams using train-the-trainer methodology. - Lead initial robot deployments including mapping, performance optimization, and validation (will train) - Provide on-site support during deployments and early-stage operations. - Serve as the Robotics Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering expertise across deployment, operation, and troubleshooting - Monitor robot performance and report observations promptly. - Document metrics and support preparation of recap reports for leadership. - Troubleshoot technical or operational issues. - Work closely with the Robotics Implementation Director to share field insights and ensure any technical issues or anomalies are address promptly - Support cross-functionally with additional robot testing when coverage gaps arise, ensuring continuous support and oversight of robotic operations - Support with robot demos at customer sites as needed based on the business need - Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide deployment updates. Role Description Gaggle is seeking an Agents & Extensions Deployment Specialist to lead the technical deployment of agents and browser extensions that power both Gaggle’s Web Filter and Safety Management solutions. This role owns the end-to-end technical implementation of endpoint agents and browser extensions across district-managed devices. The specialist will work directly with district IT teams to plan, deploy, validate, and optimize installations to ensure accurate filtering, monitoring, and student safety coverage.
