Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, security, and cloud-based solutions.
- Extensive experience designing, deploying, and supporting NGFW, SD-WAN, Routing/Switching, NaaS, and SASE architectures.
- Strong background in pre-sales engagement, effort estimation, and technical leadership.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams involving Sales, PMO, and Support.
- Preferred certifications: Palo Alto Networks PCNSE, Cisco CCNP Security, VMware VeloCloud VCP-NV, Cisco CCNP Enterprise, AWS Solutions Architect.

The focus is on Databricks and Snowflake, and prior professional services experience at either platform, or a comparable data technology company, is a strong differentiator. As a Principal Architect / Resident Solutions Architect, you will lead client engagements focused on their most complex big data and AI challenges. Working across Databricks and Snowflake, helping clients determine the right platform for their needs, you will own the full arc of delivery: from architecture design through build, deployment, and adoption, while acting as a trusted advisor to engineering teams and executive stakeholders alike. This is a client-facing role. You will report to the Regional Manager/Lead and collaborate closely with engagement managers, project leads, and platform technical teams to deliver outcomes that matter.
