• Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities. • Maintain project schedules, milestones, and task tracking systems. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are being met. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. • Organize project files and ensure documentation is up to date. • Assist with preparing project proposals, presentations, and status reports. • Support project onboarding and administrative setup when new projects begin. • Serve as a point of coordination between Project Managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. • Distribute project updates, reports, and documentation. • Help track communication threads and maintain records of decisions and changes. • Update project tracking tools, dashboards, and status reports. • Assist in monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. • Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and escalate as needed. • Help maintain project management systems and workflows. • Support the development and documentation of project processes and procedures. • Assist with quality control and document review to ensure consistency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative, coordination, or project support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Role Description Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, you will work within the Marketplace Services department to scope, plan, and deliver high impact projects across SeatGeek.
