• Develop and refine clear and impactful messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value of our products. • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with product management, sales, and marketing teams. • Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across various channels. • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and training materials so they can effectively sell our products. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation

• Delivers external training to customer groups via face to face and virtual environments, on core product functionality. • Collaborates on the development of relevant courseware materials based on customer needs and gaps in training content. • Acquires expertise in all DISCO offerings. • Contributes to the strategic integration and optimal daily operation of the learning management software for all training content.

• Drives the definition and evolution of our architecture using Distributed Domain Driven Design practices. • Acts as the strategy leader for key Architecture Quality Attributes (e.g., Availability, Performance, Scalability, Securibility) to inform architecture assessments. • Provides project-embedded architecture consultation to promote best Practices, design patterns, and informed buy vs. build decisions. • Contributes to the prioritization of platform capability improvements across feature and data platforms. • Enhances the capture and communication of architecture descriptions through automation and innovative tools. • Shepherds platform-wide strategies, including naming, protocol standards, and design patterns, to ensure ongoing value creation. • Communicates complex technical concepts effectively in both written and spoken forms, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborates with stakeholders to build consensus when necessary, ensuring alignment on architectural decisions.

• Conducts forensic collections of digital evidence using best practices and approved software and hardware. • Acquires electronic data from cloud sources, computers, mobile devices, and other digital media in a forensically sound manner. • Consults with customers to conduct forensic collections, perform exports and reporting, and conduct investigations. • Creates summary reports, forensic artifact reports, and formal forensic expert reports when requested by the client. • Maintains contemporaneous forensic examination notes. • Provides expert testimony regarding investigative forensic findings. • Serves as a technical consultant on data management and digital forensic methodology and concepts. • Provides technical guidance and assistance to staff involved in the investigation and litigation process to prevent evidence spoliation. • Ensures all hardware and software are verified and validated according to established guidelines and the Federal Rules of Evidence. • Drafts affidavits, declarations, expert reports, and provides oral testimony in defense of forensic findings or processes.

• Manage and optimize cloud expenses within the Engineering organization, focusing on AWS infrastructure, Snowflake data platforms, and OpenAI/Anthropic API utilization. • Track consumption data, create financial models, and collaborate with engineering teams to build cost-efficient systems. • Build and manage cost models tracking spend across OpenAI and Anthropic, breaking down costs by application, prompt/response tokens, and model types. • Audit Snowflake utilization to optimize virtual warehouse sizing, auto-suspend settings, and data storage lifecycles. • Track utilization trends to assist leadership in evaluating capacity purchases and pricing models for specialized vendors. • Monitor AWS consumption and propose optimization strategies, including infrastructure rightsizing and managing Savings Plans and Reserved Instances. • Build real-time alerting systems to identify spending spikes. • Develop and implement cloud governance guidelines and tagging policies to ensure accurate expense allocation across engineering teams. • Create and maintain financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards using QuickSight to communicate expense trends to stakeholders. • Develop data-driven forecasts and annual budgets for cloud and AI expenses based on engineering product roadmaps. • Coordinate with engineering, data, and finance teams to negotiate vendor pricing and align technical operations with budget guidelines.

• Serves as the primary point of contact to manage the client experience with the forensics lab. • Schedules and hosts scoping calls with external clients to understand the case background, objectives, and deadlines. • Collaborates with the Forensics Operations Manager or Forensics Director for scoping calls that require higher levels of consultation. • Works closely with Sales, Project Managers, Media Management, Forensic Examiners, and other DISCO team members. • Performs tracking and documentation quality control checks for forensic tickets. • Provides timely status updates for all forensics projects. • Collects client feedback to enhance the client experience. • Acts as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.

• Serve as the Engineering technical contact for annual SOX, SOC2 Type II, and ISO-27001 audits while automating evidence collection into Continuous Compliance workflows with minimal disruption to engineering velocity. • Work with DevOps Engineers to implement Compliance as Code, establishing automated guardrails and performing internal reviews of infrastructure configurations. • Manage the technical lifecycle of user access, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), and review deprovisioning workflows to ensure compliance with security policies. • Support GRC teams by providing technical expertise during sales cycles, responding to RFPs, and maintaining the Security Trust Center and compliance documentation.

• Partner with leaders and process owners across business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities • Translate business workflows into AI-enabled solutions (automation, augmentation, decision support) • Develop business case and ROI models for AI investments • Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, ease of implementation, and alignment with DISCO's strategy • Personally build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock • Partner with Business Technology and the AI Innovation Lab, where deeper integration is required, but independently drive lightweight solutions. • Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and reusable templates • Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale responsible, secure AI adoption. • Implements AI testing strategy using AI testing frameworks to ensure continuous quality improvement • Train and enable teams to adopt AI tools effectively and securely in their day-to-day workflows • Work in partnership with the AI Governance Team and the AI Champions network to establish best practices, governance, and usage guidelines • Build AI literacy and act as an internal evangelist to drive an “AI-first” mindset across the company through workshops, office hours and self-service resources • Define success metrics (time saved, cost reduction, revenue impact) • Continuously iterate on solutions based on feedback and performance data • Create executive dashboards to track AI adoption and impact • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and improve processes • Partner with Program Management to communicate the impact of AI to the organization

• Act as the primary architect for quota and plan modeling. Beyond execution, you will provide "what-if" scenario modeling to leadership to stress-test new GTM strategies before they are finalized. • Serve as a bridge between the GTM Strategy & Planning team and the field. Proactively identify gaps in rep performance or plan effectiveness and suggest design pivots to GTM leadership. • Lead the strategic communication and rollout of annual plans. You will create the narrative that explains the "why" behind the plan to ensure buy-in from ~200+ reps and managers. • Analyze field incentive ROI and attainment trends. Use this data to present quarterly "Strategic Health Checks" to GTM leaders, highlighting where incentives are succeeding and where strategy needs adjustment. • Manage the operational lifecycle of reps (onboarding, role changes, account movements) with a focus on minimizing friction and maintaining high field morale during transitions. • Partner with Legal and HR to ensure that all strategic designs are compliant, scalable, and aligned with broader company culture.

• Manages the territory and develops it to full revenue potential. • Develops and executes strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue targets. Tracks sales progress and adjusts tactics as needed. • Identifies potential new accounts within assigned territory. Initiates contact with potential clients and works to convert leads into sales. Aims to grow the number of active accounts and revenue within territory each year. • Manages existing accounts and creates account plans within territory to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. Upsells and cross-sells additional DISCO products and services. • Enters customer data, sales data and activities into the CRM system. Maintains organized records of sales progress and account details. Submits timely forecasts and sales reports.
