Role Description We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of medium to high voltage construction projects for infrastructure utilities such as: - Substations - Water Treatment Plants - Trash burners - Bleaching plants - Switchgear - Generators - High voltage switchyards The Project Manager will manage all aspects of the project, including: - Scope - Timeline - Budget - Procurement - Client relations Responsibilities include: - Developing and managing detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations. - Leading and coordinating project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. - Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation. - Overseeing construction activities across multiple sites. - Collaborating with procurement and design teams. - Monitoring budget performance and recommending corrective actions. - Conducting site visits to evaluate progress, quality, and safety performance. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. - Providing regular project status reports to senior leadership. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience within the utility construction industry. - Experience with managing multi-disciplinary construction teams. - Familiarity with utility industry standards, codes, and regulations. - 20% travel is required. - Fluent in English (speak, read, write). - Osha 30 certification (Powerserve can provide this training if needed). Requirements - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Experience with an ERP system (e.g. MS Project, Procore, NetSuite or similar) (preferred). • Collaborates with other Project Managers and DISCO team members, including cross-functional team members, such as Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to deliver superior service and help solve challenges for DISCO clients. • Maintains project and data tracking to ensure that all requested work is completed correctly and deadlines are met. • Communicates with other Project Managers and clients about project milestones. • Develops advanced knowledge of the DISCO platform and its capabilities in order to advise clients on best practices for early data assessment, document review, production, depositions, and trial. • Provides feedback and feature requests to the product and engineering teams. • Builds rapport and establishes open communication with clients regarding DISCO usage, status reporting, and core product functionality. • Acts as a DISCO ambassador at client functions. • Delivers product training to attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialists.

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects • Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions • Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong customer relationships • Facilitate or co-lead with customer project manager regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders • Assist consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot and user acceptance testing sessions • Plan, initiate & manage Business-to-Business (B2B) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects • Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers • Assess business implications for each project stage • Execute role of Agile Scrum Master and guide the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for systems and product delivery • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to NeuraFlash, part of Accenture every day
