Role Description GovCIO is currently hiring for a Windows Systems Administrator with an active Secret clearance to support SharePoint infrastructure and user needs. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a fully remote position. - Build and deploy servers. - Troubleshoot issues with the servers, network, or cybersecurity risks. - Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). - Analyze and remediate findings from Splunk. - Leverage Digital Guardian for data loss prevention. - Manage the release of software to Windows systems, currently Windows 10 and Windows Server, using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). - Deploy patches, critical updates, and service packs using IBM BigFix while adhering to contract SLAs and policies. - Proactively monitor Microsoft SCCM infrastructure, services, and health. - Maintain SCCM infrastructure, including management servers, distribution points, PXE distribution points, and client health. - Automate system and/or application configurations and use tools and technologies as follows: Office 365 ProPlus, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, and vSphere; well versed on infrastructure tools and technologies such as DNS, DHCP, VDI, SQL Server, IIS, Apache, SAN, Hyper-Converged, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, OSI model, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and PKI. Qualifications - High School with 10+ years of Windows systems administration (or commensurate experience). - Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability. The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking one full-time resource to secure one System Admin (to act as an Integration/Middleware Administrator), who must have advanced experience building large and complex systems. The System Admin is needed to support ongoing, highly visible projects to successful completion, enabling multiple ISDS technical solutions to be deployed and fully operational. These may include several cross-agency projects with key collaborators from MNsure, MNIT and the State Department of Human Services (DHS).
