Job Description

Junior Project Manager – Ops

Liquidity Services

• Responsible for building productive partnerships with Account Executives and Senior Project Managers. • Collect, organize, and manage all data provided by the Seller and Field Services for every project of material into a system to coordinate resources, manage the project workflow and ensure execution of project activities. • Drive to client locations for meetings and service delivery. • Communicate with Sellers in coordination with Sales Lead on all aspects of the consignment. • Recommend solutions and best practices to execute Seller and project requirements flawlessly based on lessons learned and monthly team meetings. • Participate on conference calls with Sellers to discuss and present the scope of the project. • Manage and provide status update reports to Manager and Sales Lead on a weekly basis by utilization through queries. • Coordinate and problem solve dispute claims with Customer Support and Account Team. • Distribute Post Sale Reports to clients which include sale results and recommendations for next steps. • Manage field contractors and/or loadout contractors remotely.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree (Business, Communications or related field) preferred but can be supplemented by experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a self-directed, results-driven work environment.
  • Prior experience in industrial manufacturing equipment or the oil and gas sector is preferred
  • Direct applicable experience in the Industrial Vertical Oil and Gas Industry is desirable
  • Logistics and supply chain management experience is desirable
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel/drive as required for the role
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM database
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented; accurate and timely
  • Ability to handle multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Must be reliable with tasks and attendance
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.

Role Description IEM is looking for a Full Time Project Manager who is ready to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy to achieve the goals of a state's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). We are looking for detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and flexible project managers who will work with the IEM teams under the direction of the client; promoting operational change, standing up new processes, and integrating existing state systems. Primary Location: Live within the state of Oklahoma. Work will take place either in the field, in an office environment, or from a personal location and will depend on the need of the project. Travel Requirements: This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, public administration, etc. - Ten (10) or more years in health project/program administration and grant management, preferably at the local, tribal, or state government level(s). - Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience. - An equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to effectively perform the duties and functions of this position may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with federal grant regulations and compliance requirements, particularly related to the Rural Health Transformation Program and/or state and other applicable federal grant funding requirements. - Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide project teams towards program goals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to foster partnerships and collaboration. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. - Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, grounded in data literacy and statistical reasoning. - Demonstrated proficiency in data interpretation and basic statistical analysis, including experience working with datasets, performance dashboards, or analytical tools.
