IT Program and Project Management Consultant

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects related to contact center and customer experience platforms. • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies. • Coordinate project execution across infrastructure, application, integration, and CX operations teams. • Track progress against scope, schedule, and quality objectives; escalate risks and issues as needed. • Support cloud migrations, platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and configuration changes. • Act as a liaison between IT, contact center operations, CX teams, and external vendors. • Execute projects using standard IT delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience with management of CX IT projects
  • 7+ years of experience in stakeholder management
  • 7+ years of experience with crafting scope documentation, developing WBS and meaningful detail project schedules and managing risks and issues
  • Expertise in digital CX and AI transformation, including messaging, web/app journeys, APIs, and AI-enabled experiences
  • Knowledge of infrastructure concepts and experience with managing technology projects; familiarity with ITSM methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
  • Project management certification or formal training (PMP®, CAPM®, Agile fundamentals preferred but not required)

As a Senior Project Manager / Tolling Specialist, you will deliver advisory services in toll programs and toll operations as well as providing operational and implementation oversight in commercial back office/customer service center systems and operations to tolling clients. The candidate will also be called upon to offer subject matter expertise through all phases of toll collection system and operations life cycle from assessing current state to assisting in planning for the future. The Senior Tolling Specialist position also provides assistance with operational concept development through final selection of technology and services, and subsequently providing value-added management and oversight services during operations with an emphasis on commercial back offices and customer service and contact call centers.
