The Field Service Engineer II interacts directly with the customer at its place of business to develop the methods and processes best suited to meet the requirements of integrating Intelligrated products into the customer’s operations. The Customer Service Engineer provides on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, moderate PLC program modifications, perform preventative maintenance, train customer’s personnel, system audits and installation of various retro-fits to material handling equipment.
