Job Description
B2B Marketing Associate (Contract: 4 month term)
Reliant AI
At Reliant AI, we aren’t just building another chatbot. We are creating a unified interface that brings structured and unstructured data together, enabling professionals to make faster, better decisions. We are looking for a B2B Marketing Associate for a 4 month contract role. The ideal candidate is as ambitious as our roadmap—someone who can communicate the transformative power of our technology to a global audience. This is a role for a high-energy communicator who wants to fast-track their growth by working alongside world-leading ML experts to extinguish "mental menial labor" in healthcare. Reliant AI is on a mission to harness information to its fullest potential. We believe that unlocking the power of Generative AI requires more than just better models—it requires entirely new products and user interfaces. We provide the fundamental technology that enables companies to automate the tedious parts of knowledge work, freeing humans to focus on what truly matters. Key Responsibilities For the duration of your contract (4 months), you will be the master of the Reliant AI message: craft clear, persuasive, and original copy across all digital touchpoints, including web, email, and social, designed to convert complex AI capabilities into high-converting human narratives. - Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content (articles, case studies, and social media) that translates complex AI capabilities into human-centric solutions. - Brand Narratives and Management: Support the Marketing and Executive teams in crafting new narratives that position Reliant as the leader in data-driven life sciences decision making. - Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness, and develop an understanding of basic data analysis techniques and suggesting improvements as time goes on. - Community Engagement: Ideate, pitch, draft, and publish social content in order to build a community of "visionary pragmatists" eager to redefine how life sciences decisions are made. - Sales & Product Support: Help maintain and update high-impact marketing collateral, ensuring our messaging stays aligned with our rapidly evolving product features. - Personal Project Management: You are comfortable meeting deadlines and communicating them proactively, using tools like Linear to track your work progress. What We’re Looking For - Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or a related role (B2B SaaS or Deep Tech experience is a major plus). - Communication Mastery: You have an eye for detail and the ability to turn technical details into clear, accessible storytelling. - Ownership and Agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited by a quest for excellence. - Technical Curiosity: You have a curiosity for learning more about Generative AI and are comfortable learning new tools, systems, and interfaces quickly. - Collaborative Mindset: Success in this role requires cross-functional and sometimes asynchronous collaboration with researchers, academics, and product managers across Europe and North America. - Lifelong Learner: You’re energized by new ideas and thrive in a culture of testing and iteration. You view projects as opportunities to refine your expertise and redefine what success looks like. - Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. - Availability during east coast business hours. Reliant is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
