Role Description SmithRx is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Implementation functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. As a Senior Implementation Manager, you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. About the Role In this high impact client-facing role, you will be responsible for implementing our clients, ensuring they launch on time and our programs successfully get in the hands of members.
