RVP, Enterprise Sales, Americas
Aerospike
• Recruit and develop a world-class team of high-caliber enterprise account executives and managers • Develop an in-depth understanding of Aerospike’s products to provide guidance and mentoring on selling • Ensure effective and consistent pipeline generation and accurate forecasting • Implement, enable, and execute our value-based selling approach across a team of high-caliber Enterprise account executives • Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional teams • Improve ongoing efforts to solidify and mature Aerospike’s repeatable sales processes and operations
Job Requirements
- 12 + years of enterprise selling experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience at a fast-paced, high-growth database software company
- Experience selling Aerospike, Yugabyte, Cockroach, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MarkLogic, ScyllaDB etc
- Significant experience and proven results selling into and navigating the complexities of an enterprise environment across multiple industries
- Experience negotiating large 6- to 7-figure deals with extremely complex terms and conditions
- Experience building geographically diverse Enterprise sales teams
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota in both an Individual Contributor (IC) and leadership capacity
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Experience evangelizing the benefits of Force Management, MEDDPICC, and comparable sales qualification frameworks
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.

• Generation of Order Intake (OIT) on the given territory regarding Enterprise Informatics business • Building long-term competitive advantage for Philips by promoting solutions toward key decision makers • Provides structural and consultative support to KAMs and distributors • Plans, manages and collects market information for sustainable growth within allocated territory • Participates in internal training to keep knowledge up to date
