Job Description

Sales & Operations Specialist

Synergis Technologies

• Will own Quote-to-Order processes • Responsible to create and update sales quotes • Will assist sales with Licensing and Pricing strategies in Excel • Receive and Process orders • Coordinate and assist with Partner transactions (Global Footprints, DLT) • Will ensure Order Accuracy • Resolve rejected orders, working with Finance, Sales, and/or Customers as needed • Will send order confirmation communications to customers • Will support Senior Leader special projects or initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Support role
  • Accounting experience desired
  • Experience in a CRM solution required, Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience in MS Office applications with intermediate MS Excel skills required
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities
