Sports Surfacing Specialist Remote | East Coast Territory We are seeking an experienced Sports Surfacing Specialist to drive sales across the North East territory. This role focuses on selling industry‑leading surfaces including but not limited to: indoor sports surfacing, gym flooring, indoor tracks, and strength & conditioning solutions to colleges, schools, athletic facilities, architects, and contractors. What You’ll Do - Own and grow sales within your assigned territory - Build relationships with college athletic departments, high schools, churches, schools, architects, contractors, and dealers - Manage both short‑ and long‑cycle sales for remodeling and new construction projects - Prospect daily through marketing outreach, cold calling, and relationship development - Collaborate with a national sales team and attend industry trade shows - Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity using Salesforce and CRM tools - Travel regularly within the territory and periodically nationwide for trade shows Qualifications - 5+ years of sports surfacing sales experience preferred - Strong experience with indoor sports flooring required - Knowledge of the college athletics landscape highly preferred - Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and nurturing long‑term relationships - Self‑motivated and effective in a remote, field‑based sales role Strong candidate backgrounds include: college reps, athletic directors, former athletes, sports surface sales Compensation & Benefits - Base salary (based on experience) - Quarterly and annual bonus tied to quota - Car allowance - Company laptop provided - BYOD cell phone with $200 stipend twice per year - Remote position Join an industry leader trusted by major fitness brands and top collegiate athletic programs nationwide.
