Job Summary Courtyard is recruiting a CRM Manager to bring user journeys to life across owned and operated channels, including email, push, in-app, and loyalty programs. The CRM Manager will be a key strategist and producer of the CRM and loyalty campaigns, while growing message capabilities, reporting, and insight efforts on behalf of the Marketing group. The ideal candidate has a keen interest and skillset in leveraging dynamic campaigns, analysis, and data integration to enable the most cutting-edge marketing capabilities possible. They are a casual or core collector, and a user of loyalty apps and/or online marketplaces with deep experience in consumer-facing marketing messaging.
