Role Description The Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) program considers emerging technologies and the increasingly complex and dynamic joint, multi-domain operational environment to develop non-material solutions intended to enhance the United States’ operational effectiveness, suitability, and survivability in combat. As a member of the Joint Test & Evaluation Support Cell (JTSC), this individual will support the programmatic evaluation and analysis of Combatant Command Test Nominations and subsequent approved execution. - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) projects and enhance operational decision-making. - Apply statistical methods, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve mission effectiveness. - Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning. - Utilize computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. - Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and recommend analytical solutions. - Apply process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions. - Conduct problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations. - Provide parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation methods.
