• Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory • Is provided a company van and tools and travels to a variety of customer sites to maintain commercial properties • Performs preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds • Conducts “face to face” relationship with Customers in the service of the client’s requirements • Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements • Self performs the following duties in compliance company procedures, regulatory requirements and safety standards • Performs minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems (e.g. unclog toilets and drains, repair leaks in drains and faucets, replace toilets and faucet fixtures as needed, etc.) • Performs routine painting, carpentry work, etc., as necessary to maintain our Client’s facilities in like new condition (e.g. repair a hole in dry-wall, prep the area, and match the paint to present a uniform and original like new appearance) • Performs minor electrical maintenance as allowed without a license within state law requirements (e.g. repair or replacement of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets. Replace light bulbs, ballasts and sockets if necessary) • Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed • Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to: • Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided • Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports • Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs • Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks • Creates a positive climate with the client, provides and generates customer satisfaction • Maintains timely and consistent communications with customer and internal support teams • Obtains and completes EFS required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings • Provides estimates for larger projects and services needed to onsite customer • Completes other duties as assigned or required
• Responsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s line of services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. • Use multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, HVAC, and additional skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. • Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements. • Conducts “face to face” relationship with Customers to provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment.
• Lead Technicians are the tactical leader within the region that they serve. • Their duties include but are not limited to: providing tactical direction, establishing priorities, assigning tasks, coordinating projects, and providing expertise and support technicians at the job site. • Responsible for ensuring technicians perform work safely and are trained in both the technical skill sets and administrative functions. • Expected to apply 95% of their time to billable work orders. • Training New Employees On EMCOR Field Organizational Practices And Procedures. • Serves As Tactical Leader In The Field; Leading, Coaching, Providing Trade Knowledge To Our Technicians. • Observes Workmanship Of Our Technicians Both In The Field Conducting The Task At Hand As Well As Accurately Completing Administrative Functions Associated With The Job. • Assisted Technicians With Complicated/Skilled Work Orders (Where It Makes Sense Geographically). • Serves As Facilities Maintenance Subject Matter Expert. • Follows Through And Completes All Duties Assigned By The Regional Manager.

• Assist with routine landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed-eating. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, ditch banks, and exterior walkways. • Perform debris removal, litter pickup, and general grounds cleanup. • Support tree trimming, brush clearing, and seasonal grounds work as directed. • Assist with basic irrigation system maintenance and inspections. • Help with pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, and exterior surfaces. • Assist with minor hardscape and concrete repairs. • Safely operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment; operate larger equipment under supervision as trained. • Assist with exterior building maintenance tasks such as inspections, minor repairs, and appearance upkeep. • Accurately complete timesheets, paid time off requests, and required documentation.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calling, strategic email sequencing, and professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and qualify net-new business opportunities • Respond dynamically to inbound marketing leads, utilizing framework methodologies to evaluate alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile • Schedule high-value first calls and networking events with target Accounts • Serve as the primary custodian of the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics and SmartSheets); supporting the team and VP of Business Development in data accuracy • Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for sales and senior management teams • Coordinate team alignments, document actionable meeting minutes, and maintain the centralized repository for sales collateral, pitch decks, and templates • Partner with sales leadership to aggregate historical performance data, synthesize pipeline forecasts, and compile material for Quarterly Forecasts and Reviews • Support the internal team assigned to new solutions and product development as a lead administrator and project manager • Work with the VP of Business Development to update and improve marketing materials in support of direct sales activities
