National Accounts Operations Manager
EMCOR Group, Inc.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships through client meetings, site visits, phone calls, and other channels. • Work with all lines of business within the branch (Project, Service, and Automation) to implement and evaluate processes. • Review all projects at each site. • Work seamlessly between operations and sales to ensure a sense of urgency. • Contracts with assigned Sales Account Managers. • Work alongside account managers to ensure a timely renewal. • Assist in procuring PO’s, writing amendments, or attaining new contracts (Operations assisting in this area will result in lost incentive, in part or in whole). • Give leads for additional maintenance opportunities to the PM team to quote (the option is for the house to quote). • Give project leads to the Sales department for assignment and follow-up. • Monitors safety incidents and recordables. • Conducts quarterly reviews of progress and measurements with the customer. Proactively manage service levels. • Manage Quality Process - Identify quality control issues and suggest solutions. • Troubleshoot facility issues and initiate actions to ensure client/customer satisfaction. • Ensure associate growth and development through mentoring and training. • Create a safe work environment/safe work practices for EMCOR associates, subcontractors, and clients. • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly facility audits for quality and safety. • Monitor open work order reports and resolve issues for timely completion. • Review PM work order job tasks for clarity and detail. Make appropriate recommendations. • Review all financial reports, detailed work order reports, purchase orders, and invoices. • Ensures that paperwork and work orders from site are completed accurately and timely.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of previous operations management experience
- 2+ years’ experience in HVAC commercial service or related field
- Must have previous forecasting, scheduling, and real-time operations management
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
- Financial acumen, inclusive of cost modeling for sales proposals
