In short, as the Invoice Payment Representative, you will audit warranty repair invoices and process payments to vendors while working closely with multiple departments. The Invoice Payment Representative must be able to problem solve and multi-task. The Specifics. - High School Diploma or GED required - Work from home – Feel free to rock the casual wear while still being camera ready. You will be working from your home office (in an approved city & state) and make sure you have a conducive and quiet workspace with no distractions and reliable and secure internet. - 1-year accounts payable experience preferred - 1-year high volume call-center experience, or/corporate customer service high volume, or/ invoice or/ corporate data entry. - Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, additions, subtractions quickly and accurately So What About the Perks? Where is the work: · This is a remote position Job Summary: Trane Key Accounts is hiring a Key Accounts Bid Coordinator. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be supporting our sales team with some of the largest and most complex customers that Trane services. You will be responsible for coordinating between our sales teams and customers to facilitate our processes and tools that keep our business functioning smoothly. This position includes sales support for both opportunity/Bid Coordination and account level functions, which requires analytical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication. • Performs activities required to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP invoices • Makes informed decisions when discrepancies between PO and vendor invoice occur • Approve invoices/provide coding as required • Handle Corporate/direct-billed vendor reclamations (i.e., damage inside pallet) and vendor returns and claims • Field inbound phone calls from Suppliers, respond to requests for information/approval from SBS related to OS&D/pricing/receiving discrepancies, research on supplier statements, payment related vendor inquiries • Handle vendor phone inquiries re: set up and documents • Download BSCC claims report w/o vouchers, review for discrepancies, run script to generate voucher, investigate exclusions and manually create vouchers • Initiate standard check runs, print and mail checks, generate ACH payments, create and route check requests, batch and mail expedited payments, and process payments for rush or off-cycle • Manage escheatment processes and jurisdictional filings and second level exceptions requiring escalation (by policy or outside of tolerance) for Corporate paid vendors • Process logistics revenue adjustments submitted by OpCos • Process Rebate Payments • Reconcile logistics daily and month end reports • Research and address logistics out of balance issues • Resolve AP debit balances on the trial balance • Review and approve Logistics claims • Review and approve OpCo OSD (Over, Short, Damage) claims • Review and approve OpCo supplier agreement claims • Review and approve SMS claims • Supplier-to-customer agreement related inquiries / disputes • Liaison with Sysco internal teams and SBS Global teams to ensure service levels and quality requirements are achieved

Role Description The Accounts Payable Manager oversees all payables related to transportation, warehousing, and value‑added services within a third‑party logistics (3PL) environment. The role ensures accurate, timely processing of high‑volume carrier and vendor invoices, alignment with customer contracts, and strong financial controls. This leader partners closely with Operations, Customer Solutions, and Billing to maintain margin integrity, resolve discrepancies, and support scalable growth across multiple clients and service lines. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Strategy - Manage end‑to‑end AP for carriers, drayage providers, parcel networks, warehouse vendors, and subcontracted logistics partners. - Supervise and develop AP specialists responsible for logistics payables across multiple customer accounts. - Ensure alignment between AP and AR teams so customer billing accurately reflects payable activity and protects margins. - Vendor & Carrier Management - Serve as the primary escalation point for carriers and logistics vendors regarding payment status, disputes, and contract compliance. - Investigate overcharges, duplicate billing, accessorial discrepancies, and detention/demurrage claims. - Maintain strong relationships with carriers to support service continuity and favorable terms. - Ensure adherence to company policies, transportation regulations, and financial controls across all vendor interactions. - Financial Accuracy, Analytics & Controls - Lead improvements in AP workflows across ERP, TMS, WMS, and freight audit/payment platforms. - Develop KPIs for invoice accuracy, dispute cycle time, cost recovery, and processing efficiency. - Strengthen internal controls to support audits, customer compliance requirements, and SOC/SOX frameworks. - Drive automation and standardization to support rapid onboarding of new vendors and carriers. - Oversee performance trends and partner with carriers and vendors to elevate Dun & Bradstreet quality. - Process Improvement & Analytics - Identify, recommend, and lead initiatives to automate or streamline Procure‑to‑Pay processes, leveraging insights from vendor performance, invoice trends, and operational data. - Analyze vendor‑related data to identify trends, support cost‑reduction strategies, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of AP experience, with at least 2–3 years in a 3PL, transportation, or freight‑billing environment. - Strong understanding of carrier contracts, accessorials, freight terms, and multi‑client cost allocation. - Experience managing high‑volume, complex logistics invoices across multiple modes (LTL, TL, parcel, drayage, international). - Proficiency with ERP and TMS platforms; strong Excel and data validation skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and scale a team.
