As a Bid Coordinator, you will be supporting our sales team with some of the largest and most complex customers that Trane services. You will be responsible for coordinating between our sales teams and customers to facilitate our processes and tools that keep our business functioning smoothly. This position includes sales support for both opportunity/Bid Coordination and account level functions, which requires analytical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication.   What you will do:  - Act as a key contact with customers to provide information on the complete sales cycle from quote through delivery. - Contact current and potential customers to coordinate sales. - Coordinate requests between Key Accounts and local sales offices within Trane, including our franchisees. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure all records are maintained to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensure internal process requirements. - Manage centralized platform for incoming and outgoing communication. - Forward bid opportunities accordingly. - Opportunity and record creation in Salesforce. - Train Account Teams that are Self-Sufficient in Salesforce on Process. - Create and maintain process documentation. - Facilitate quoting and order process to ensure timely and error-free delivery. - Process streamlining and documentation, team metrics and account level reporting. What you will bring:  - Ability to understand customer (internal and external) needs, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner. - Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills. - A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers, Trane systems is preferred but not required. - HVAC experience preferred but not required. - Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Compensation:    Base Pay Range: $47,050 - $62,450 Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors. The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation. Our compensation range is generally based on the national average for the country. Additionally, benefits may vary depending on the region, business alignment, union involvement, and employee status. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of AP experience, with at least 2–3 years in a 3PL, transportation, or freight‑billing environment. - Strong understanding of carrier contracts, accessorials, freight terms, and multi‑client cost allocation. - Experience managing high‑volume, complex logistics invoices across multiple modes (LTL, TL, parcel, drayage, international). - Proficiency with ERP and TMS platforms; strong Excel and data validation skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and scale a team.
