• Review and adjudicate claims for GAP product • Verify multiple documents to ensure correct amounts applied to loans or returned to customers
Role Description Responsible for working with repair facilities to validate, adjudicate, and approve payment for diagnostics and repair recommendations for pre-sale repairs as well as customer vehicles under warranty. - Properly adjudicates claims within approval limit and in accordance with department & industry standards. - Accurately notates all actions taken and interactions with shops and customers within internal systems ensuring proper documentation of interactions. - Effectively navigates department resources in order to ensure adherence to department process flows and policies. - Manages list of assigned pending claims and provides timely follow up with repair facilities to decision claims. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must have a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures, parts pricing, labor guides, and repair shop procedures/practices. - Must have clear and professional verbal and written communication, as well as strong negotiation skills. - Is proficient in typing and general computer skills. - Must be comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment, and managing multiple priorities. - Must be solutions-oriented. Requirements - High-school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 3+ years of experience with current automotive mechanical and diagnostics. Role Description This Data Analyst II role is for a detail-oriented, curious problem solver who thrives on executing well-defined analytical work with precision. You’ll focus on turning clearly scoped business questions into accurate, trustworthy metrics and analyses that support monitoring, experimentation, and automation efforts. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role supporting our Loan Servicing team. - Executing clearly scoped analytical work with a high degree of accuracy and rigor. - Translating defined problem statements into concrete analytical tasks using established internal patterns. - Applying prescribed analytical methods, such as hypothesis testing and comparative analysis, to answer business questions. - Using AI-assisted tools to support SQL development, think through analytical steps and edge cases, and validate logic and results before delivery. - Writing clean, readable SQL to produce requested KPIs and analytical outputs that others can easily review and maintain. - Partnering with senior analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment before execution begins. - Supporting experimentation and comparative analysis by accurately implementing defined test and control logic. - Contributing to scalable analytical solutions by following established pipelines, validation patterns, and documentation standards. - Raising questions when assumptions, inputs, or requirements are unclear and escalating risks early to prevent rework. Qualifications - 2+ years experience executing analytical work against clearly defined problem statements. - A degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative or analytical field is preferred. - Working proficiency in SQL and Excel with a strong emphasis on correctness, clarity, and readability. - Familiarity with common analytical methods, including hypothesis testing and basic comparative analysis. - Strong attention to detail, quality control, and a willingness to seek clarification when things don’t line up.
