Role Description We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory reporting implementations. This is a senior client-facing role requiring sound judgement, delivery discipline and the ability to guide both clients and internal teams through the full project lifecycle. You will oversee multiple implementations, mentor junior delivery managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery approach. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes. - Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity. - Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams. - Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality. - Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction. - Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team. Qualifications - 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products. - Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans. - Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability. - Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression. - Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach. Requirements - Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks. - Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity. - Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution. - Proficiency in an additional European language. • responsible for overall management of the order and order personnel • including quality assurance for all products delivered to the Government and availability of resources to complete all requirements • serve as the contact point for all matters related to order management, task order modifications, and performance issues • meets with customer and Contractor personnel to discuss and review task requirements, performance, and deliverables • fulfills order reporting requirements • leadership skills, including personnel management and project/task management to accomplish order requirements

• Analyze customs duty spend and implement opportunities to reduce cost • Analyze exam spend and hold duration and implement opportunities to reduce cost and increase speed to market • Research and classify new and existing products in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) based on the General Rules of Interpretation, CBP rulings and other relevant resources • Monitor trade remedy announcements (AD/CVD, Section 301, etc.) to determine applicability to the business and implement measures to comply • Manage compliance with PGA import requirements (EPA, USDA APHIS, FWS, FDA, etc.) • Develop and manage performance scorecards for customs brokerage service providers. Provide recommendations and implement solutions to drive improvement in performance. • Provide analytical support for Director/Sr. Director Global Trade • Manage compliance and customs brokerage SOPs • Provide support for our export sales team including AES filing • Manage CTPAT process including vendor and DC reviews and audits • Serve as training mentor for new compliance associates on the team

• Partner with CS leadership to prioritize and drive the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment with executive-level business objectives • Regularly deliver concise and impactful program updates, including key achievements, risks, and challenges with proposed mitigation strategies, to CS leadership and cross-functional partners • Schedule and track complex, high-impact program timelines and milestones using advanced project management tools • Champion and exemplify program management best practices, tools, and templates across the Customer Success organization, driving continuous process improvement • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for other Program and Project Managers, elevating the overall project management maturity within the department • Direct and document formal program post-mortems, developing comprehensive recommendations reports to institutionalize learnings from successful and unsuccessful program elements
