Role Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Program Development, this remote role will drive the success of assigned Veracity programs by managing all insurance-related components. - Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as hit ratios, premium growth, loss ratios, claims trends, and retention, using data insights to inform strategy and mitigate risk - Oversee policy and form development, review, and continuous improvement to support program compliance and competitiveness - Review and manage referrals or exceptions, including non-renewals and cancellations - Analyze claims and loss reports, identifying trends and areas of concern - Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across departments, providing guidance, insights, and approvals for customer-facing content - Cultivate and manage strong carrier partnerships, from identifying best-fit carriers to leading ongoing communication that maintains, enhances, and expands program offering - Architect and refine sales and support processes, including distribution strategy, technology platforms, account management, accounting, and surplus lines compliance - Identify and apply, where applicable, AI-driven solutions, including generative AI, to improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support the ongoing success of insurance programs - Partner with Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and measurable success - Prepare business cases and executive summaries that influence strategic decisions and leadership alignment - Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles, claims, program management, and carrier relationships - Proficiency with insurance platforms, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies, including experience leveraging generative AI to improve efficiency and support program development - Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued - Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities with proven success driving growth, optimizing performance, and supporting program adoption Benefits - Health, dental, and vision plans - Amazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off - 9 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays - 401K Programs with employer match - Personal assistant programs for support in a healthy personal and work life Company Description Here at Veracity, you’ll be part of a team of trailblazers and visionaries.
