Role Description We are seeking an ambitious Junior Account Executive / Business Development Rep to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in a commercial role, who want to take their skills to the next level in a fast-growing tech company. You will support our sales team as they create, nurture and close complex enterprise sales opportunities. You will learn from some of the best enterprise salespeople in the industry, and have the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive. Qualifications - 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products. - Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans. - Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability. - Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression. - Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach. Requirements - Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks. - Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity. - Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution. - Proficiency in an additional European language. Role Description We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support delivery of our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. This role provides the opportunity to independently manage delivery workstreams across multiple client engagements and provide structured guidance to teams navigating regulatory and technical challenges. - Manage delivery across multiple implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines. - Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing clear and structured updates. - Work autonomously to manage risks, issues and interdependencies. - Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, to maintain momentum and deliver quality outcomes. - Contribute to refining delivery methodology and improving internal processes. - Provide informal guidance to junior delivery team members. Qualifications - 4+ years' experience in technical delivery, project coordination or consulting within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients in a delivery capacity. - Strong understanding of data models and their role in reporting and system behaviour. - Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable delivery activities. - Strong organisational and communication skills, coupled with a detail-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery progress. Requirements - Experience across multiple regulatory regimes. - Comfort participating in pre-sales or RFP discussions when required. - Interest in contributing ideas to product or methodology evolution. - Proficiency in an additional European language.
