• Lead Strategic Technical Discovery and Workshops • Conduct deep technical and business discovery with enterprise clients • Map systems, integrations, and dependencies to clarify the environment • Facilitate clear, high‑impact conversations that reduce risk and accelerate consensus • Architect Scalable, Client-Centred Solutions • Translate complex business goals into actionable solution designs • Define early‑value use cases, integrations, and reporting workflows • Ensure proposed architectures are commercially viable and technically sound • Translate Discovery into Execution Clarity • Produce precise, builder‑ready technical specifications • Partner with Professional Services to maintain alignment throughout delivery • Turn ambiguity into structured technical and business clarity • Establish Technical Credibility • Lead discussions on enterprise data privacy, InfoSec, and systems integration • Explain how Introhive interacts with platforms such as enterprise CRMs and downstream AI/Data Lake architectures • Build trust across executive and technical stakeholders • Connect Capabilities to Business Outcomes and Value • Convert complex product capabilities into clear value‑based narratives • Identify and communicate high‑value, quick‑win use cases for early results • Support “land and expand” strategies that drive measurable impact • Support Strategic Sales, Renewal and Expansion • Provide technical leadership on high‑value deals, renewals, and expansions • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Services • Reconnect solution design to business outcomes for at‑risk or strategic clients • Elevate Consulting Standards • Model world‑class solutioning and discovery practices • Mentor peers and develop reusable frameworks for consistency and impact • Share learnings to strengthen the technical credibility across the GTM team • Feed Field Insights Back into Product and GTM Strategy • Communicate recurring patterns, integration gaps, and client challenges to Product and Marketing teams • Turn on-the-ground intelligence into practical recommendations for product and go-to-market strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in solutions architecture, pre‑sales, or professional services roles in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Extensive expertise in data, CRM, API integration, and enterprise architecture
  • Executive presence. Highly adept at leading strategic and technical sessions with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced solution design skills grounded in real‑world feasibility and measurable impact
  • Ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical requirements
  • Deep familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
  • Consultative acumen. Able to challenge assumptions constructively, and quickly and sustainably inspire confidence
  • Proven record of cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Services teams
  • Ability to simplify complexity for business leaders while increasing clarity for technical teams
  • A passion for team leadership and mentorship, raising the technical and consultative standard
  • Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and related CRM ecosystems
  • Exposure to relationship intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies
  • Experience in professional services, legal, or financial sectors
  • Understanding of AI‑driven or data‑automation platforms.
