GTM Systems Administrator
Limble CMMS
• Administer and optimize GTM tools that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., CPQ, sales engagement, lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, contract tools) • Take ownership of day-to-day configuration, support, and improvements across the RevOps tech stack • Ensure systems work together cleanly with reliable data flows and minimal manual effort • Work hand-in-hand with our Salesforce Administrator on shared objects, workflows, automations, and reporting • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models, permissions, and flows to support integrations and GTM processes • Support Salesforce enhancements as needed, without being the primary platform owner • Support and optimize quote-to-cash workflows inside Salesforce • Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on pricing, packaging, approvals, and deal configuration • Translate RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS requirements into scalable system solutions • Identify inefficiencies and automate manual or error-prone processes • Build and maintain documentation, workflows, and lightweight training for end users • Help establish best practices for data quality, system governance, and change management • Participate in tool evaluation and implementation as the company grows • Balance speed and structure — shipping improvements quickly while keeping long-term scalability in mind
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience supporting GTM, RevOps, or revenue systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (admin, power user, or systems partner level)
- Experience administering or supporting tools that integrate with Salesforce
- Solid understanding of core revenue workflows (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting systems as the business evolves
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset toward internal teams
- CPQ experience, especially with RCA CPQ (nice to have)
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience (nice to have)
- Experience with automation or integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray) (nice to have)
- Exposure to Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or RevOps analytics (nice to have)
- Salesforce certifications (nice to have)

The systems you manage directly support customer data, compliance commitments, and business continuity. What You'll Do As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, operation, hardening, and reliability of our Linux infrastructure across multiple networks and data centers including: - Administer and harden Red Hat Enterprise Linux/Rocky Linux systems across production, staging, and internal networks - Operate infrastructure spanning multiple data centers, including segmented networks, DMZs, and private backend tiers - Manage and secure services including: - Apache / PHP-FPM - SFTP / FTPS (ProFTPD or equivalent) - MySQL / Percona (including Galera clusters and proxies) - HAProxy / reverse proxies / WAF-style architectures - Design and maintain high-availability and fault-tolerant systems - Implement and maintain security controls: - SELinux (enforcing, custom policies) - iptables / nftables / ipset - TLS hardening (FIPS-aware where applicable) - MFA, access controls, and least-privilege enforcement - Support and contribute to compliance efforts (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP-aligned controls), including evidence collection and control validation - Automate system configuration and maintenance using Ansible, shell scripting, and/or Python - Troubleshoot complex production issues across OS, network, and application layers - Participate in change management, incident response, and root cause analysis - Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and compliance teams to keep systems stable, secure, and auditable - Log into systems, read logs, understand packet flow, and know why something is not working as expected.

Role Description We’re seeking a skilled Workday HCM System Administrator to join our IT team and support the ongoing optimization and administration of our Workday platform. In this role, you’ll ensure the system operates smoothly and securely while collaborating with stakeholders in our People & Culture (HR) department. What You'll Do - Serve as the primary technical administrator of the Workday HCM system, ensuring stability, security, and performance across all HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll and Absence). - Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations, including periodic access reviews and compliance checks. - Configure and update business processes, calculated fields, notifications, and security settings based on business needs. - Partner with the Technology & Operations team and HRIS to troubleshoot system issues, manage & build integrations, and coordinate system updates and feature rollouts. - Perform data audits, mass data uploads/updates (EIBs), and regular validation to maintain accuracy and compliance with data governance policies. - Monitor system performance, resolve errors, and manage escalated user support issues (Tier 2/3).
