Job Description: The HPE Networking team is seeking a Program Manager to support critical sales and go-to-market initiatives. This role is responsible for managing programs that enable sales teams to migrate customers to new and current solutions, including transitions to new operating systems. These initiatives are essential to supporting both current and future sales periods. Responsibilities: · The individual will be responsible for communication to the field on the available programs, their rules, and appropriate use cases. · Create and present training materials · This individual will also be responsible for period reporting for each program for use and financial reporting for use. Program Operations: · Assist in the creation of program rules and processes as required. · Responsible for all registration reviews and field assistance in completion. · Documentation of all registration requests regarding program requirements and compliance checking · Support of all manually submitted registration requests due to system limitations. · Escalation point for all review requests and reporting of information updates as requested. · Review of all Claim requests and verification of provided/required documentation. · Approval point for Claim payment. · Periodic review of program financial feasibility due to shifting COGS.
