• Manage FORTIFIED Commercial and Multifamily projects, overseeing design review, construction, evaluation, and compliance with FORTIFIED standards. • Perform Property Resilience Assessments, including vulnerability analysis of major building systems, site visits, interviews, and risk identification using climate data projections. • Review architectural and structural drawings for compliance with FORTIFIED and resilience requirements, including wind loads, continuous load paths, and building envelope systems. • Conduct and oversee site surveys and field inspections to verify installation and construction quality for both FORTIFIED and resilience assessment projects. • Evaluate product submittals (windows, doors, walls, flashing, roof assemblies) for approval and compliance with FORTIFIED standards. • Provide recommendations for mitigation and adaptation measures, including cost estimates. • Prepare and submit supporting documentation (drawings, calculations, photos, compliance forms) for FORTIFIED designation and resilience assessments. • Write clear, concise technical reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients, IBHS, and stakeholders. • Identify and address omissions or errors in installation related to FORTIFIED and resilience standards. • Stay current with evolving standards and best practices in resilience, hazard mitigation, and FORTIFIED requirements. • Deliver outstanding client service through timely responses, proactive solutions, and effective communication. • Manage multiple projects, excelling in both independent work and collaborative team environments. • Travel for projects and professional duties as necessary.

• Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing credit union core software conversions and other credit union information technology projects through completion. • Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines. • Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to project team members. • Carries out these responsibilities with guidance from management as needed. • Ensures Management is well informed of area activities and potential risks, issues, and concerns. • Assists with administrative support on Corelation initiatives.

• Support business growth by assisting in implementing strategic initiatives as set forth by the senior leadership team. • Management of projects aligned with service standard for the company. • Creating and managing detailed project plans, including defining necessary work packages, responsibilities, and key milestones. • Resource planning & allocation ensuring delivering projects on time and within scope and budget. • Delegate project tasks based on department need, individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. • Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. • Point of contact for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline • Responsible for/Oversees the creation and management of Project control documentation (RAID logs, Project Plans, Intake Documents, Requirements Documents etc.). • PMO process and procedure creation, implementation, and maintenance. • Meet with clients/vendor/partners/internal stakeholders to gather and clarify specific requirements of each project. • Responsible for/Oversees the translating of working business requirements into technical specification documents. • Identification, recording and management of all project risks and issues. Reporting these to the to the business and project specific stakeholders. • Manage internal and external stakeholder input to Projects and expectations of senior stakeholders and sponsors. • Organize internal and external client kick off meeting. • Setting client and internal expectations. • Requirements to be outlined to client. • Amended project plan shared with client and internally (measurable KPIs). • Organize and run internal and external (weekly) update calls to coordinate deal execution. • Prepare and present weekly progress reports to inform key management of project status. • Escalate issues and delays in the project delivery to management as needed.

• Leading project teams by establishing the workflow for maximum efficiency and providing proactive guidance to team members on accomplishing tasks. • Resourcing projects with the required skills and people and recognizing when resource management may be required to sustain maintain and to ensure all team members are engaged and on track. • Controlling scope and gaining required approvals for scope changes and variations. • Monitoring the project’s budget progress and ensuring the client is in agreement with invoices and is paying in accordance with project terms. • Creating a collaborative teamwork environment across multiple departments. • Setting and controlling expectations both internally and externally. • Providing timely and frequent feedback on process inefficiencies, roadblocks, risks, resource constraints, and other issues that could impact project delivery. • Keeping key stakeholders informed of project progress and familiar with project risk and communicating any major problems in a timely manner before they become issues. • Participating in regular meetings of the project management office, providing appropriate project documentation and reporting on key performance metrics. • Supporting the sales department when requested. • Remaining up to date on relevant professional development and education. • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
