• Train client accounting staff on KeyStone functionality. • Support credit unions in balancing of clearing/suspense accounts. • Build financial statements. • Serve as a remote resource, on-site as needed during conversion week. • Work with the client and mentor to understand existing functionality and processes. • Consult with clients to configure existing processes to KeyStone. • Prepare the client for the GL conversion process. • Assist client through the conversion process and provide training and support during and post-conversion. • Work with clients on table mapping to the new GL chart of Accounts, GL Accrual types, A/P Vendors, Invoice Types, Work Queues. • Provide guidance in setting up batch jobs for all GL related functions. • Understand and practice basic concepts of database setup requiring GL Information. • Train via Web-ex on KeyStone’s General Ledger product. • Travel on-site for GL Conversion and support as needed. • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the conversion process. • Identify potential issues and ensure proper resolution.

• Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing credit union core software conversions and other credit union information technology projects through completion. • Ensures projects meet or exceed technical specifications, customer requirements, policies, budgets, and deadlines. • Assembles, directs, coordinates, and assigns responsibilities to project team members. • Carries out these responsibilities with guidance from management as needed. • Ensures Management is well informed of area activities and potential risks, issues, and concerns. • Assists with administrative support on Corelation initiatives.

• Supervise, motivate, and guide the UI Development team. • Provide team leadership through coaching and mentorship to new and existing software developers. • Assist in developing necessary documentation and procedures and setting and managing priorities. • Assist the department manager with hiring and development of the team members. • Establish milestones for necessary contributions from departments and develop processes to facilitate their collaboration. • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure overall delivery of project milestones. • Provide communication and coordination between the relevant business partners. • Mentor and train other development team members throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide. • Assist the department manager in writing and administering performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures as needed. • Review documentation, ensure design documents and operational documents are produced. • Review timesheets and confirm Jira time tracking adherence. • Promote a culture of teamwork, high performance, and quality. • Evaluate and recommend processes that could improve the productivity of the team. • Help develop and maintain principles that provide guidelines for software developers to work with. • Communicate requirements, roadblocks, etc. to manager and external business groups. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of custom reporting solutions while performing business analysis to define, document, and implement client and system requirements • Serves as both project owner and business analyst, ensuring successful client outcomes through effective planning, requirements gathering, solution design, and execution • Own and manage projects, including timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables with guided support—from initial discovery through development, testing, and final delivery of custom reports • Lead requirements and solution definition by determining client needs and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and functional specifications aligned with development standards • Own testing and validation, including defining test scenarios, executing validation, and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating all project phases including kickoff, requirements gathering, status updates, training, and final delivery, while effectively managing expectations throughout the lifecycle • Act as the liaison between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, aligned, and formally approved • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including system specifications, procedural updates, and Jira tickets with clear visibility into status, risks, and dependencies • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery and responsiveness to client needs • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams through professional, effective, and solution-oriented communication • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Preparing the client for Keystone implementation through card product planning • Card database configuration and card conversion data • Gathering and analyzing development specification and interfaces through the conversion data • Works closely with the client and collaborates with other Card Analysts and Conversion departments • Acts as the primary liaison between Card Services and Development • Demonstrating initiative, collaboration and teamwork to build an in-depth knowledge base of the KeyStone product and card conversion processes • Conducting card mapping, card setup and gathering specifications with additional assistance and guidance of senior Card Analysts • Understanding and practicing basic concepts of the card conversion process • Facilitating installations and tests new versions of the card related interfaces and application software • Protecting clients from errors by frequently troubleshooting and suggesting ways to improve product

• Provide guidance and technical training to clients, vendors, and internal staff on SQL coding, Jaspersoft Reports, Batch/UI Scripting (JavaScript/Java), KeyBridge API development and integration, Ad Hoc reporting, and KeyStone Server/Database Administration. • Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of Corelation’s KeyStone platform and keep up-to-date with system enhancements and changes. • Assess client needs to identify training gaps, enhance current courseware, and develop new technical training courses. • Lead scheduled public and private courses and be available to occasionally travel across the US to deliver custom, on-site training as needed. • Assist with the creation and maintenance of the KeyStone platform curriculum and eLearning materials, ensuring content is accurate and relevant to current software releases. • Manage course registrations, student communication, and updates in a timely manner; perform weekly administrative tasks consistently. • Ensure that training materials reflect the latest software features and provide clear instruction in both classroom and virtual environments. • Assist in scheduling, registration, learning environment setup, and tracking attendance in coordination with the department supervisor. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Supporting client needs through the organization and completion of Help Desk tickets • Providing immediate assistance for incoming client calls, either through direct resolution or proper escalation • Maintaining a solid understanding of the KeyStone product and an in-depth understanding of the assigned area of specialization • Providing after-hours client support on a rotating basis • Ensuring prompt resolution is provided and requisite records of client requests and resolutions are maintained • Providing high-level demonstrations and discussions of system functionality to clients as needed • Assisting in client preparation for system releases and changes

• To analyze, develop, document, code, test and convert client data into Keystone using the application of standard code. • Responsible for following instruction to maintain and code primary table records with intermediate accuracy. • Demonstrate entry-level skill analyzing and solving programming problems that align with client needs. • Your job duties include attending and contributing to development team meetings, supporting paired programming project tasks, and collaborating with other developers to convert client data.

• Function as an integral part of the implementation team, assisting as assigned to address client support issues. • Create, revise, and maintain core C++ software to meet client business needs. • Completes functional testing of software prior to code review and client delivery. • Work with a team to confirm project requirements by reviewing software objectives, input data and resulting output. • Perform revision, repair, or improvement of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. • Preserve and optimize quality through testing as required. • Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions. • On-call support rotation for after hour emergencies and occasional weekend client conversion support. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
