Senior Project Manager
Advanced Solutions International, Inc.
• Leading project teams by establishing the workflow for maximum efficiency and providing proactive guidance to team members on accomplishing tasks. • Resourcing projects with the required skills and people and recognizing when resource management may be required to sustain maintain and to ensure all team members are engaged and on track. • Controlling scope and gaining required approvals for scope changes and variations. • Monitoring the project’s budget progress and ensuring the client is in agreement with invoices and is paying in accordance with project terms. • Creating a collaborative teamwork environment across multiple departments. • Setting and controlling expectations both internally and externally. • Providing timely and frequent feedback on process inefficiencies, roadblocks, risks, resource constraints, and other issues that could impact project delivery. • Keeping key stakeholders informed of project progress and familiar with project risk and communicating any major problems in a timely manner before they become issues. • Participating in regular meetings of the project management office, providing appropriate project documentation and reporting on key performance metrics. • Supporting the sales department when requested. • Remaining up to date on relevant professional development and education. • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and collaborate successfully with others in person or remotely.
- A strategic thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Superior time management and multi-tasking abilities.
