Role Description This role involves maintaining lease accounting schedules and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Maintains lease accounting schedules in accordance with ASC 842. - Develops detailed understanding of the end-to-end process of lease accounting, including related stakeholders, systems, accounting processes, and internal controls that support internal and external reporting. - Proactively prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly analyses and related journal entries in support of lease accounting. - Reconciles balance sheet accounts; investigates and resolves variances on a timely basis. - Supports assigned internal and external audit activities, including SOX compliance. - Completes special projects and analyses as requested by department leadership. - Proactively seeks to keep abreast of accounting, reporting and disclosure standards promulgated by the FASB, SEC and PCAOB that affect internal accounting and reporting practices. - Provides sound analysis and supports the impact of changes. - Other duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing in Accounting, or Financial Accounting. - Minimum of one year of practical general ledger accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting and/or corporate accounting environment. - Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting is highly preferred. Job Requirements

Role Description The Senior Accountant is a key member of our Accounting team and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company’s financial records. This role owns key components of the monthly close, performs technical accounting analyses, and provides subject-matter expertise in support of internal and external audits. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, brings strong accounting knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), and leverages prior experience to add value and support the department’s objectives. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy while partnering cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the accounting function in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Independently manage assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results. - Execute and analyze complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses. - Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Revenue Accounting, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment on payroll, capitalized software, accruals, and reporting. - Research, interpret, and document U.S. GAAP guidance for new, unusual, or complex transactions (e.g., lease accounting, purchase accounting, capitalized software). - Assist with transactional accounting functions including AP, expense reimbursements, cash management, and key accrual processes. - Support the preparation of accounting memos and technical documentation. - Maintain compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including SOX requirements. - Prepare and execute internal control testing procedures; identify control gaps and propose improvements. - Act as a resource and coordinator for our external and internal auditors. - Drive enhancements and automation opportunities within ERP (NetSuite) and expense platforms (Tipalti, Concur). - Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI and automation within accounting workflows, helping scale processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data quality and insights. - Own key components of OneStream reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Utilize advanced Excel skills and reporting tools to analyze large datasets and support data-driven recommendations. - Lead cross-functional accounting initiatives and collaborate on process optimization projects. - Develop and enhance standard work, accounting procedures, and internal documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve current accounting processes, streamline workflows, automate recurring tasks, and improve internal controls. - Serve as a trusted advisor by providing clear and accurate financial guidance. • Own full-cycle accounting for the Singapore entity, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations • Execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L analyses; investigate and resolve variances • Maintain supporting schedules and documentation in accordance with US GAAP and internal controls • Manage accounts payable processes including vendor setup, invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reimbursements • Oversee accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash application as applicable • Ensure timely resolution of vendor and customer inquiries • Ensure compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements in Singapore • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate secretarial firms for statutory audits and filings • Support internal controls, SOX-related documentation, and audit requests from the U.S. corporate team • Maintain proper accounting policies, procedures, and documentation • Prepare and/or coordinate GST filings, corporate income tax computations, and withholding tax compliance • Work with external tax advisors on annual tax filings, tax provisions, and regulatory matters • Monitor changes in local tax laws and assess accounting and compliance impact • Work within company ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale accounting processes as the business grows • Partner closely with U.S.-based accounting, finance, payroll, and FP&A teams • Support ad-hoc projects related to global finance transformation, system implementations, or entity expansion
