• You lead interactive case discussions and other subject-specific lessons in the virtual classroom. • You create motivating, practice-oriented learning experiences for our participants. • You train medical language skills — with a focus on patient history interviews (anamnesis), clinical assessment, and documentation according to German standards. • You explain legal basics — including therapy law, data protection, and quality assurance within the German healthcare system. • You provide targeted preparation for exam situations — practicing both oral and practical exam formats and giving individual feedback. • You support cultural acclimation — explaining German working practices in clinics and outpatient settings and helping to reduce uncertainties. • You adapt your teaching methods flexibly depending on learners’ types and prior experience. • By delivering high-quality online instruction, you contribute to our participants’ exceptionally high pass rates.

• Take independent ownership of developing project plans for educational products according to internal guidelines, while taking into account any specific characteristics of the respective target audience. • Maintain project schedules and timelines, proactively identify and forecast potential risks, and provide data-driven progress reports. • Execute projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Learning Hub, Product, and Sales). • Scope and formalize partnership agreements; align deliverables, reporting, and success metrics. • Manage and nurture relationships with partners and relevant public institutions; take end-to-end ownership of the partnerships. • Ensure compliance and audit-ready programs • Monitor regulatory requirements and funding guidelines, translating them into clear, actionable steps for internal and external stakeholders. • Drive and expand projects based on outcomes and partner feedback; take ownership of adjusting the scope when needed. • Maintain project and process timelines, facilitate and forecast potential risks, and report progress with data. • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to ensure quality and compliance.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) for multiple companies. • Responsibility for complex accounting transactions, e.g., provisions, accruals, fixed asset accounting, and account reconciliation within the group. • Analysis and commentary on financial figures, variances between budget and actual results, and reports. • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in accounting and tax law. • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors. • Serving as the point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments. • Supporting the further development and automation of processes, tools, and systems. • Mentoring and providing professional support to junior accountants.

• Manage Sales Infrastructure: Act as the administrative and technical backbone of the sales process, mastering internal systems and workflows to enable effective sales execution. • Maintain Data Integrity: Take ownership of accuracy, organization, and follow-through to ensure CRM data, reports, and deal documentation remain highly consistent. • Support Commercial Teams: Collaboratively support sales colleagues by handling required preparation work and proactively tracking project deliverables. • Facilitate Clear Communication: Maintain open, structured, and clear communication channels across internal stakeholders and sales team members.

• Cold acquisition and outbound calling as your main focus: you proactively contact potential new customers in the healthcare/elderly-care sector by phone every day, build pipeline and book qualified meetings – this is the heart of the role • Qualifying prospect lists to generate your own pipeline of new leads • Multi-channel outreach (phone, email and LinkedIn) to engage and nurture prospects, with the phone as the leading channel • Qualifying leads and smoothly handing over sales-ready opportunities to the Sales Managers • Diligently tracking all activities and outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot) • Close collaboration within the sales team to continuously improve outreach and conversion • Attending trade fairs and on-site meetings with and at customers • Representing Lingoda with professionalism and empathy.
