This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy, directly leading complex and executive-level searches, and driving key talent initiatives that enable business growth. The role will act as the primary talent advisor to their stakeholder groups, ensuring workforce capability, succession pipelines, and hiring strategies are aligned to long-term business objectives. Key responsibilities: Business Partnering: - Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy, growth plans, and capability gaps - Lead workforce planning for supported functions, translating business goals into hiring and talent plans - Provide data-driven insights on talent trends, market intelligence, and hiring performance - Build strong, credible relationships with executive stakeholders - Proactively identify talent risks and develop mitigation strategies Senior Hiring: - Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and executive-level roles - Design and execute targeted search strategies, including proactive market mapping and direct sourcing - Partner closely with executives to define role scope, success profiles, and assessment criteria - Ensure rigorous, inclusive, and high-quality selection processes - Deliver exceptional candidate experience, particularly for senior stakeholders - Manage offer negotiation and closing strategies for complex compensation packages - Build and maintain external executive talent pipelines Projects/other: - Lead or contribute to strategic talent acquisition projects - Improve hiring processes and drive efficiencies across supported areas - Champion inclusive hiring and equitable talent practices Skills & Experience: - Significant experience in talent acquisition, including senior and executive hiring - Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders in a strategic capacity - Strong capability in workforce planning and translating strategy into hiring plans - Experience leading cross-functional talent initiatives or projects - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers - Data-driven approach with ability to interpret and present talent metrics - High level of discretion and professionalism - Strong consultative mindset, collaborative and solutions oriented - Ability to operate effectively and move forward in ambiguity - 4 year degree or equivalent in experience/education required Dimensions: Principal Contacts & Purpose of Contact Internal – senior leaders, Convatec Business Services, Global Talent, Leadership, Inclusion & Change team, Talent Acquisition COE, HR tech. U.S. applicants: The annual target base salary range for this position is $127,800-$199,687. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which could include participation in an annual incentive program or a sales incentive plan. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
