Qualifications - Associate’s degree with 1+ year of radiology support experience, or HS/GED with 3+ years of experience in healthcare, radiology, or clinical operations. - Ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, accountability, and independent problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally and effectively with physicians, clinical staff, customers, and cross-functional teams. - Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with clinical systems such as PACS, RIS, or EMR platforms. - Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies, support onboarding and operational initiatives, and contribute to process enhancements.
