Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with deep knowledge of the Benefits module. - Proven track record of full-cycle Oracle Benefits implementations, including design, build, testing, and go-live support. - Solid understanding of Core HR and its integration with Benefits. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - Oracle Cloud HCM certification is strongly preferred.
