Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Experience using Teams/Indeed/Clickup. - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and interview methodologies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive approach to finding innovative solutions for talent acquisition challenges. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
