• Manage land solutions and right-of-way projects from kickoff through completion. • Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders. • Lead and coordinate project teams, including land agents, document management, GIS, title, and other support teams. • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and deliverables. • Review project documentation, status maps, field reports, landowner data, agreements, and project files for accuracy and completeness. • Support contract administration, change orders, invoicing, reporting, and overall project financial performance. • Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend solutions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business opportunities. • Travel to project sites, client meetings, or team meetings as needed.

• Manage renewable energy land and right-of-way projects from kickoff through completion. • Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, staffing plans, and deliverables. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, landowners, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including land agents, title, GIS, document management, survey, permitting, and environmental support teams. • Support site acquisition, lease acquisition, easement acquisition, landowner outreach, and land rights efforts for renewable energy projects. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, staffing, risks, deliverables, and overall project status. • Review project documentation, landowner data, title materials, agreements, status maps, field reports, and project files for accuracy and completeness. • Support contract administration, change orders, invoicing, reporting, and overall project financial performance. • Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend solutions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business opportunities. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time. • Travel to project sites, client meetings, or team meetings as needed.

• Support the Project Manager in implementing project plans, including scope, schedule, staffing, and budgets • Monitor project progress, analyze performance, and proactively address risks or delays • Coordinate land and ROW activities including easements, rights of entry, surface agreements, and related documentation • Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with Atwell quality standards • Assist in managing project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and tracking performance • Serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams, subconsultants, and clients • Help assemble and support project teams, ensuring alignment and productivity • Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff as you grow in the role • Support proposal efforts, presentations, and client follow-ups • Help identify opportunities for continued or expanded work within existing client relationships • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners • Continue building technical expertise across land, engineering, and project delivery disciplines • Participate in professional organizations, training, and industry events to expand your network and knowledge

• Support Project Managers with project setup, tracking, and reporting • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation in internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.) • Coordinate across teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure alignment on data and deliverables • Assist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validation • Track project progress, flag issues, and help ensure timelines and deliverables are met • Perform quality control reviews on land documents and project data • Ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Atwell standards • Maintain organized, audit-ready project files and documentation • Support document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverables • Participate in internal and client calls, capturing notes and action items • Support preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materials • Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving

• Lead end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits • Drive capture planning efforts for complex pursuits, including competitive analysis, positioning, win themes, and value propositions • Facilitate go/no-go discussions, pursuit strategy meetings, kick-offs, and executive-level proposal reviews • Partner with Power & Energy leadership to align proposals with annual growth strategies and target markets • Advise BD and operations leaders on messaging specific to electric utilities, transmission operators, renewable developers, and energy clients • Develop and refine technical proposal narratives related to transmission, substations, generation, T&D programs, and renewable energy projects • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality across all client-facing materials • Mentor and guide Proposal Marketing Associates, elevating proposal standards and best practices • Oversee and maintain Power & Energy-specific content libraries, resumes, and project data • Support interview preparation and presentation strategy for shortlisted pursuits • Monitor utility and renewable energy market trends to inform pursuit positioning • Contribute to sector-specific conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and marketing initiatives

• Lead and support proposal and SOQ development for Power & Energy pursuits, including transmission, substations, generation, and renewable projects • Support capture planning for pursuits ranging from mid-sized to large-scale contracts • Collaborate closely with Power & Energy leadership to align messaging with strategic growth initiatives • Participate in go/no-go discussions, pursuit strategy meetings, and proposal reviews • Draft and edit technical proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions specific to utility and renewable energy work • Ensure proposals clearly communicate differentiators within electric utility and renewable markets • Design and format proposal materials using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office • Support sales enablement efforts including presentations, client communications, and marketing collateral • Conduct market research related to electric utilities, transmission operators, and renewable energy developers • Maintain and organize Power & Energy project data, resumes, and marketing assets • Assist with conference support, industry events, and sector-specific award submissions

• Support a major energy utility client across a portfolio of land and right of way projects • Serve as a primary point of contact between Atwell and the client, owning project delivery from scoping through closeout • Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules; negotiate and execute contracts • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations • Coordinate property acquisition activities including ROW easements, surface leases, rights of entry, damage settlements, and encroachment agreements • Assemble and direct project teams, manage sub-consultants, track milestones, and troubleshoot issues • Identify growth opportunities within the client relationship and contribute to Atwell's broader market presence in the energy sector • Maintain accurate project records in Vision, manage invoicing and A/R, and report financial performance to leadership • Mentor junior team members

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities in support of electric transmission infrastructure • Manage easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee property transactions • Establish project scope, budgets, and schedules • Manage contracts and sub-consultants • Ensure performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client • Stay ahead of pipeline, follow up on outstanding proposals, and proactively identify opportunities to expand Atwell's support • Maintain project documentation in Vision • Manage invoicing and collections • Deliver regular financial and progress reporting to leadership • Coach and mentor project team

You'll be the go-to expert for all things environmental related. • Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the next generation's talents. • Technical Guru: Utilize your prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations.
