Land Solutions Project Coordinator

• Support Project Managers with project setup, tracking, and reporting • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation in internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.) • Coordinate across teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure alignment on data and deliverables • Assist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validation • Track project progress, flag issues, and help ensure timelines and deliverables are met • Perform quality control reviews on land documents and project data • Ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Atwell standards • Maintain organized, audit-ready project files and documentation • Support document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverables • Participate in internal and client calls, capturing notes and action items • Support preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materials • Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in land, right-of-way, title, real estate, or a related field
- Strong experience with title research, deed review, and land records analysis
- Familiarity with county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structures
- Experience supporting infrastructure, utility, or energy projects is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
- Comfortable working across multiple systems (Excel, document management tools, GIS platforms preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
