Role Description At Worth AI, we’re redefining how businesses make critical onboarding and risk decisions—instantly, intelligently, and at scale. We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer impact. This is not a “keep the lights on” product role. This is for someone who wants to build, innovate, and move fast, partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver products that solve real-world problems for enterprise customers. You’ll be at the center of it all translating complex technical concepts into powerful, user-first solutions, shaping our roadmap, and helping us scale a platform that is transforming how financial institutions onboard and assess businesses. If you’re energized by ambiguity, obsessed with user experience, and motivated to create products that truly make a difference, this role is for you. - Own and manage the day-to-day product development lifecycle, ensuring features are thoughtfully designed, user-focused, and delivered with quality. - Partner closely with Engineering to translate product vision into clear technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready solutions. - Define detailed use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to support scalable product development. - Work alongside developers to ensure stories are technically groomed, prioritized appropriately, and aligned with business objectives. - Manage and maintain the product backlog, making thoughtful prioritization recommendations based on impact, urgency, and customer value. - Collaborate with QA to ensure testing strategies, user acceptance criteria, and release readiness are aligned with product goals and timelines. - Ensure product documentation is accurate and up to date, including feature overviews, workflows, release notes, and internal enablement materials. - Serve as a go-to decision-maker for functional clarity and product direction throughout the development process. - Partner with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align product strategy with market and customer needs. - Support technical conversations with prospects, partners, and ISVs by clearly articulating product capabilities and value. - Engage directly with customers and external businesses to understand pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for innovation. - Help shape new features, enhancements, and strategic product opportunities that strengthen Worth’s market differentiation. - Continuously advocate for a product experience that is intuitive, impactful, and built to scale. - Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Qualifications - Proven experience in a Technical Product Manager or similar product leadership role. - Experience working on SaaS platforms, with exposure to API-driven products strongly preferred. - Demonstrated success managing data-rich, technically complex products and driving major product launches from concept to delivery. - Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical teams while also communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders. - Strong product intuition with the ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and make thoughtful decisions quickly. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs. - Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize, execute, and meet deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to create alignment across teams. - Highly accountable, solution-oriented, and motivated by ownership. - Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback, while also confident enough to challenge ideas and push for better outcomes. - Experience in fintech, financial services, risk, underwriting, identity, fraud, or related industries is a strong plus. Benefits - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) - Life Insurance - Flexible Paid Time Off - 9 paid Holidays - Family Leave - Remote - Hybrid work (for Orlando Associates) - Free Food & Snacks (Orlando) - Wellness Resources
Role Description We are hiring a Director of Sales, Enterprise to own new logo acquisition and expansion across our enterprise segment — financial institutions, top-tier fintechs, payment processors, ISVs, and lenders writing the biggest checks in our pipeline. This is a player/coach role: you will personally carry a quota and run our largest, most complex deals while building, coaching, and scaling a small team of senior Enterprise AEs and SDRs underneath you. If you only want to manage from a forecast spreadsheet, this is not the job. If you want to sit in the deal, sharpen the message, build the playbook, and develop the next generation of Worth sellers while you do it — read on. Responsibilities - As a Player (roughly 50% of your time) - Personally hunt, own and close a named list of strategic enterprise accounts mid-market and enterprise banks, credit unions, payment processors, lenders, and platform fintechs. - Carry a direct, individual quota in addition to your team's number. - Run discovery, scoping, demo, technical evaluation support, commercial negotiation, redlines, and contract close with assists from Solutions, Product, Legal, and Finance. - Drive measurable pipeline yourself through outbound, network, partner channels, and event work — you are not waiting on marketing or SDRs to feed you. - Be the senior voice in the room on Worth's biggest deals including ones your AEs are running and step in to unblock at any stage. - As a Coach (roughly 50% of your time) - Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs and supporting SDRs raise the bar with every hire. - Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and call coaching. Listen to recorded calls, ride along on live ones, and give specific, actionable feedback within 24 hours. - Own forecasting accuracy. Submit a weekly call to the CRO that you can defend deal-by-deal. - Partner closely with Marketing on ABM, with Product on roadmap signal from the field, with CS on handoff and expansion, and with Partnerships on co-sell motions. - Build the operating cadence: pipeline generation targets, stage conversion targets, cycle-time targets, win-rate targets — and hold the team to them. - Present sales performance, pipeline health, competitive intel, and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board as needed. Qualifications - 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role managing AEs. - A documented, repeatable track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals — you can name the logos, the deal sizes, and the cycle times. - Direct experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, lenders, or adjacent regulated industries. Familiarity with KYB, KYC, IDV, AML, fraud, underwriting, or onboarding tooling. - A genuine player/coach disposition you have run deals while leading a team and can point to AEs whose careers you have measurably advanced. - Operating fluency in a modern sales stack: HubSpot (our CRM), Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar. - Mastery of a structured enterprise sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Force Management, or similar) and the ability to teach it. - Sharp commercial instincts on pricing, packaging, paper, and procurement. You know when to hold, when to concede, and when to walk. - Executive presence and writing that holds up in front of a Chief Risk Officer or a board. Benefits - Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) - Retirement Plan (401k) - Life Insurance - Flexible Paid Time Off - 9 paid Holidays - Free Food & Snacks in Orlando office
