What you'll do We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Case Specialist to join our team, based in our Melbourne or Adelaide office on a 12 month contract. You will manage your own caseload, providing fast-paced and high quality ER advice, coaching and investigation support to our line leaders. We are enabled by effective and efficient people processes and technology to support the management of our ER matters end to end, with a focus on team member wellbeing and experience. - Conducting end to end investigations into a variety of ER matters from grievances through to significant bullying, harassment, fraud or misconduct cases - Preparing documents and responses, and representing the Woolworths Group in matters before the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals - Managing complex matters involving ill and injured team members - Providing leaders with recommendations, coaching and advice in relation to legislation, policies and procedures What you'll bring - Significant experience in an ER/IR role, including investigations, case management and employment/labour laws - Excellent coaching, negotiation and influencing skills, to engage with a wide range of stakeholders - Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant ER/IR legislation within different jurisdictions and application in policy, including experience with the Fair Work Commission and other relevant bodies - Strong communication skills and relationship building skills - Effective time management and the ability to manage a number of competing priorities and time sensitive cases What you'll experience - A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline - with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network. - Access to Sonder. Role Description The School Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating school-based services for students and School Behavior Intervention Specialists. This role serves as a liaison between school districts, school staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling, timely communication, and consistent service delivery. The School Relations Coordinator works closely with the School Services team to maintain scheduling accuracy, support staffing needs, and ensure district requirements are met. - Coordinate and manage schedules for school-based students and School Behavior Intervention Specialists. - Ensure authorized service hours are fully utilized and staffing needs are met across assigned districts. - Assign substitute coverage for staff absences, vacations, cancellations, and schedule changes. - Partner with the Senior Manager of School Relations to support district staffing and scheduling needs. - Maintain and update staff, student, and district schedules within CentralReach. - Conduct monthly audits of staff availability, time-off requests, district calendars, and non-service school days to ensure scheduling accuracy. - Communicate scheduling updates and service needs with Behavior Intervention Specialists, supervisors, district contacts, and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with Human Resources, Billing, Onboarding, Training, Regional Scheduling, and School Services teams to ensure seamless operations. - Monitor scheduling trends and proactively identify solutions to staffing and coverage challenges. - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to scheduling and district services. - Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. - Perform additional administrative duties as determined by the needs of the organization. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, workforce management, administrative support, or related operational roles. - Experience in education, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred. - Experience with CentralReach or similar scheduling/EMR systems preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. - Ability to problem-solve, prioritize competing demands, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. - Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population.
