What you'll do You'll be responsible for contract and commercial management of some of our largest technology agreements, supporting teams across our Technology domains who consume these services. Key responsibilities include: - Driving application of consistent governance and control frameworks associated with vendor, contract and commercial management, including of outsourced and offshore Partners across all IT domains. - Driving and embedding IT contract management framework and then ongoing commercial and contractual activities with various domains and other partner organisations as needed. - Responsible for coaching, supporting and executing commercial and contractual activities within domains. - Subject matter expert in all aspects of contract operation, provides advice and support across the Woolworths in matters relating to the contract. - Subject matter expert in application development and maintenance services contracts, able to support transformation of enterprise contract to accommodate greater managed services focus and introduce mainstream dev/ops elements. - Supporting sourcing activities, vendor negotiations, contract development and variation in relation to nominated partner contract/s and provide recommendations around contract change, variation and extension across partners. What you'll bring - Demonstrable and solid experience in the Information Technology Commercial field, inclusive of expert management of technology sourcing, commercial arrangements, contract terms and associated financials. - A strong track record in IT Commercial environment administration (Sales, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Finance) within a matrixed organization. - Proven ability to independently manage large-scale outsourced contracts that include core offshoring elements. - Expertise in supporting and driving transformational change, adopting new agile ways of working, and good knowledge of agile frameworks, including Dev/Ops methodologies, in an outsourced environment. - Ability to effectively support large Procurement activities, including complex vendor negotiations and contractual terms, and possessing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, law, or a related discipline.
